This program provides services to the residents of the two SRS's (Supported Residential Services), Victoria House, Koroit and Themar Heights, Warrnambool  in the south west.  The program leader is Ros O'Grady, ably supported by Robyn Uebergang. The program runs from the Warrnambool office.

The program is an energetic and enthusiastic service which has made a significant difference to the lives of the residents.  The residents have multiple complex needs, including mental illness.  The program has a Tarago people mover, and a program budget to allow access to the community.  This latter fund is a necessity as people in SRS's have little left from their pension after paying for their board.  (SRS's are not Government funded, they are privately run organisations).
