Aspire provides a range of support and rehabilitation services that we hope to be flexible and responsive to your needs. These services are designed to improve quality of life, self esteem and well being, improve social and daily living skills and social relationships, and to help develop pathways to work and education.
Home Based Outreach is individual support that focuses on the activities and interactions of everyday life. This can include for example setting goals and planning for the future, managing money, healthy living, problem solving, independent living, making and maintaining community networks and relating to friends and family.
Day Programs provides group activities that aim to create a sense of belonging to the community and provide peer support in an atmosphere where social and daily living skills can be learnt. Programs vary according to needs, and include social, recreational, vocational and educational groups.
The Housing and Support program can also help as Aspire has nomination rights to a small number of Office of Housing properties for long term independent housing. These housing opportunities are highly valued and sought after.
All of these programs are integrated and each participant has one support worker who will provide access to all services.
