The Head office of Aspire is located at 505 Raglan Pde Warrnambool. The Warrnambool office is the largest in the organisation and as well as services being provided to participants and carers, most corporate services are also based there. The office has video conference facilities to communicate with most other Aspire offices across Southwest Victoria and Tasmania and a large conference room available for hire to the community.

The office is staffed from 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Short term street parking is available and the office has disability access.
