In 2005 Aspire was awarded the Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Service Gold Achievement Award in recognition of 'the implementation of an effective rural model for delivering rehabilitation and support services incorporating both health promotion and rehabilitation theory.
The presentation was made at the 2005 TheMHS conference, by Dr Sev Ozdowski OAM, Australian Human Rights Commissioner and Acting Disability  Commissioner.
