Aspire is a not for profit organisation that is funded by State and Federal Governments to provide a range of services, and draws on the capacity of the community, volunteer support and philanthropic funds to meet local needs.  The agency is governed by a committee which is made up of professionals, people with mental illness and their families. 

The philosophy of Aspire is that people effected by mental illness are the experts of their own recovery.  Refer to the agency mission statement for more. 

Aspire a Pathway to Mental Health is a Non Government organisation that is based in south west Victoria, and Tasmania.  The agency delivers non clinical support for people with mental illness and their families. 

The Head office is in Warrnambool, and the Tasmania Head Office is in Launceston.
