Mental Health Week

Aspire, in partnership with various organisations, community groups and individuals plan and conduct mental health week activities and projects across Southwest Victoria to promote mental health and wellbeing.

Each year Aspire provides small mental health week grants to local organisations and community groups to support their involvement in mental health activities and events. Applications for small grants close in April each year with all applications considered and approved by a representative of mental health service providers.

Mental Health week partners include schools, community health, service clubs, library networks, tertiary college and university, service clubs, clinical mental health services, adult education, church groups, sporting clubs and Primary Care Partnerships.

For information on how to apply for the Mental Health Week grants please contact the Health Promotion and Education Manager at the Warrnambool office between 9-5 Monday to Friday.
