Committee of Management
Aspire is administered by a member-elected Committee of Management. The Committee of Management is responsible for the effective governance of the organisation in accordance with the Incorporations Associations Act 1981. The President, together with eight elected members, serves in an honorary capacity, receiving no payment for their roles.
As evidence of the Committee's commitment to quality improvement and the highest standard of conduct, an Operational Policy is in place to guide committee members in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
The Committee meets monthly and has sub-committees and advisory groups in place to enhance its governance role.
