Board of Governance
Aspire is administered by a member-elected Board of Governance. The Board is responsible for the effective governance of the organisation in accordance with the Incorporations Associations Act 1981. The Chair, together with eight elected Board members, serves in an honorary capacity, receiving no payment for their roles.
As evidence of the Board's commitment to quality improvement and the highest standard of conduct, an Operational Policy is in place to guide committee members in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
The Board meets bi-monthly and has sub-committees and advisory groups in place to enhance its governance role.
